Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping with T.A.G on www.towagift.com. We value your satisfaction and want to ensure that your shopping experience is enjoyable. Please read our Refund and Returns Policy to understand the guidelines for requesting refunds or returns.

Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a 30-day refund period from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

  1. The item must be in its original packaging and unused.
  2. The item must be in the same condition as when you received it.
  3. You must provide proof of purchase, such as your order number or receipt.
  4. Buyer is responsible for any cost associated with returning the item.
  5. Restocking fee of 25% of total of cart value will be charged for all refunds.

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Returns Policy

In addition to our refund policy, we also accept returns for items that are damaged, defective, or not as described. If you receive an item that meets any of these criteria, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate the returns process.

Exclusions

Certain items are exempt from being returned or refunded, including:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software or digital products
  • Items that have been used or are not in their original condition

Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning an item for a refund or exchange. If the return is due to an error on our part (such as a defective item), we will cover the return shipping costs.
